Once again, Paxton excelled themselves with the quality of product and level of tech. support. If only every equipment manufacturer we had to deal with were as good as Paxton.

I was very impressed with both the technical staff I spoke with and kevin who attended site. The response was excellent and eveyone I dealt with were extremely helpful and very polite. The best support I have come across!

Not coming from an access background, I learned a lot about the product and left feeling more comfortable about managing a install. Ray did a great job in his presentation.

I think that the paxton access control class was very good. I think that scott and lori did a very good job and were very well prepared with the information that was presented. I appreciated the patience of both individuals in answering questions about the product and installation procedures. technical questions were address in a prompt manner . The training with Andrew was excellent and very informative, all staff found something helpfull and helped fill a gap or two in our knowledge. Andrew is a credit to Paxton.

This was an excellent hands on training of both the hardware and software of the Paxton system. Ray and Ted were extremely knowledgeable and continued answering our questions for well over an hour after the training was over! I am very excited to get going on the next Paxton installation!

To all parties concerned......I would like to correct my previous Feedback of poor to above average. I am now 5 days into not smoking and can be very quick to go off and loose my mind. I understand some times things take a little time to make happen and I have been kept in the loop in regards to getting my deal done and have always gotten prompt and great attention.
